Basic Beginner I
Basic Beginner I is an introduction to ballet technique. No prior experience is required. Classes meet Tuesdays 5:45-6:45pm. The cost for each 5-week session is $90.
Beginner Ballet II
Beginner Ballet II is appropriate for those who have taken the basic series at least twice previously (10-12 classes), or for those with prior ballet experience. Classes meet Wednesdays 12:00-1:15pm OR Thursdays 7:15-8:30pm. The cost for each 5-week session is $110.
Advanced Beginner/Intermediate
The Advanced Beginner/Intermediate level is appropriate for those who have a good foundation of ballet training, including knowledge of terminology. Classes meet Tuesdays 7:00-8:15pm. The cost for each 5-week session is $110.
Stretch & Conditioning - NEW CLASS!
Stretch & Conditioning focuses on enhancing full body muscle tone and improving flexibility. This 60 minute class utilizes ballet principles to increase range of motion and build muscular endurance. No prior experience is required. Classes meet Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm. The cost for each 5-week session is $90.

Attire: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement: tights and leotard; yoga pants and close fitting top; ballet slippers are required for ballet technique classes and can be purchased from DCSB.
